Tami Sheiffer holds a master’s degree in Landscape Ecology from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany. She previously worked for the Fairfax County Park Authority in Virginia and volunteered as a Master Naturalist, giving presentations and advising homeowners on creating wildlife habitat with native plants. Now back in New York, she volunteers with Home Earth Alliance.
