Become An Exhibitor

Reach thousands of engaged customers! Each year approximately 16-17,000 targeted garden and flower enthusiasts attend the show. A standard booth includes 8′ tall drape, 3′ side rails. Table/chair rentals are available through the Capital Region Flower & Garden Expo for an additional fee. All other rentals (e.g. carpet, specialty linens, bar stools, technology and more can be obtained through Clifton Park Rental Center (518) 377-7449.

Marketplace Vendors

Registration is open for 2027.  Returning vendors have until August 19 to renew. At this time, we do not yet know how much space will remain available after the renewal deadline, so I encourage you to register early. Please note that we may not be able to make a decision on new registrations until after Labor Day.
A payment method is required in order to be considered. However, your credit card will not be charged unless your registration is accepted.

THEMED FLORAL ENTRIES

2027 themes will be announced late fall.
