Dave Jennings brings a wealth of personal experience and expertise as a retired professional horticulturist. An avid collector and breeder of hosta, Dave has grown more than 300 varieties for over 50 years. In the past few decades, he proudly admits to becoming an avid “HOSTAholic,” fully embracing what he calls this wonderful “friendship plant.” Dave is the Co-Founder and first President of the Upstate NY Hosta Society, serves as Communications Chair for the Garden Alliance, and is an active Master Gardener Volunteer with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County.
