Pam is co-founder of Home Earth Alliance, a nonprofit that educates, inspires, and empowers people to cultivate ecological homes and outdoor spaces that support biodiversity, mitigate climate change, and promote environmental justice. Prior to launching HEA, Pam directed the Institute of Nonprofit Leadership at the University at Albany and NEXT, a campus-based consulting practice for nonprofits, at Siena College. A longstanding environmental advocate, she holds a BA in English from Hamilton College and MPH in Population/Family Health from Columbia University. Pam served in Peace Corps Ecuador.
